This patient has significant sagginess with both her nipples looking downwards due to multiple pregnancies. She was happy with her volume but not with the shape of her breast. The breast lift was pefformed via a short scar approach called vertical or lollipop. The scars are the ones visible around the nipple-areola and vertically which simulate a lollipop. The after photos are at 6 weeks and therefore the scars are still red but with time they will fade and become less conspicuous.
