Breast Lift Case #5042
Before
After
29 year old presenting with significant breast sagginess following multiple pregnancies and massive weight loss. The breast lift was performed via a limited short scar approach using a vertical incision (called the lollipop) at the patient's request. An anchor scar or inverted T would have provided better upper pole fullness but the patient was adamant of not having the longer scars. She was happy with the results and also did not wish to have a breast augmentation to better reshape her breast. There are no transverse scars but only the vertical one, which is seen at 6 weeks following surgery. At one year, these scars fade and become imperceptable.
