This 26 year old presented with flaccidity and protuberance of her abdomen following pregnancy. After a mini-tummytuck, a much improved contour can be observed on the front view. One can note the shortened scar as it looks in the earliest post surgery period. In 1 1/2 years the scar will improve and be less conspicuous.
