This 36 year old presents with sagginess, loss of fullness in her breast, and flatness of her upper pole after pregnancy. Post-operative photos show correction of her problem by reshaping and enhancing her breast. A natural breast profile is obtained. The breast lift and augmentation of the breast were performed via a circumareolar approach (the only scar is around the nipple/areola). The scars are seen at 3 months post-op.
