Breast Case #5014

This 20 year old woman presents with sagginess of her breast following multiple pregnancies. Postoperative photos show significant improvement of her breast shape which was achieved by breast augmentation using 300cc saline implants bilaterally placed in a submuscular pocket and a breast lift performed with a very short scar approach (the scars are only around the nipple/areolas).
