This patient presents with asymmetry and sagginess of her breast following multiple pregnancies. Her right breast is significantly larger in volume when compared to the left one. She underwent a short scar breast lift via a vertical or lollipop approach with reduction of her right breast. After photos are at 6 weeks and better symmetry of both breast has been achieved. The scars will fade with time
