38 year old desiring breast enhancement. Both breasts demonstrate some asymmetry and sagginess. Post-operative this patient achieved a natural look with correction of her asymmetry and flatness of her upper pole. The lateral view shows a desirable contour of the enhanced breast compared to the pre-op sagging and descending straight line profile. A 300cc implant was used bilaterally and placed in a submuscular pocket via an inframmamary incision (results in a 1 inch scar underneath the breast ).
