This 39 year old presenting with involution changes following multiple pregnancies. Both breasts have lost volume and appear flat and sagging. Following augmentation with 300cc, the breast are natural looking and the sagginess has been corrected. The incisions, which are generally invisible, are located in the fold underneath her breast and cannot be seen. On the lateral view, the nipple/areola is lifted to a higher and more pleasing position.
