This 26 year old presented with flaccidity and protuberance of her abdomen following pregnancy. After a mini-tummytuck, a much improved contour can be observed on the front view. One can note the shortened scar as it looks in the earliest post surgery period. In 1 1/2 years the scar will improve and be less conspicuous.

This patient in her mid-forties has weakening of her abdominal muscles as well as protuberant and loose skin and fat especially below her belly button. Views show a flat tummy and a nicely shaped body contour with a newly fashioned belly button. The stretch marks that were above the belly button are now below while all the stretch marks that were below the belly button have now disappeared. Her scars are short and are not visible on the lateral view despite the fact that this is a classical tummy tuck. Post-op photos were taken at 2 months.

This 30 year old woman desired to improve her trunk contour following pregnancy. The Tummy Tuck and the UAL (Ultrasound Liposuction) were performed in different stages. Her trunk has achieved a beautiful shape. Note the etching in the midline above the belly button. Also her scars are shorter and do not extend as much laterally. The contouring of her abdomen is mainly the result of the muscle tightening from the tummy tuck.

This 37 year old woman desired body contouring of her abdomen, hips and thighs A Tummy Tuck was performed first followed by Ultrasonic-assisted Liposuction. Note that her tummy tuck scar is smaller than normally expected. UAL (Ultrasound Liposuction) was carried out in a second stage of her tummy, hips and flanks. Views show a very shaped body not only of her tummy but also shows significant improvement of her hips and flanks.

This 40yr old patient desires contouring of her trunk following multiple pregnancies. This was achieved by a tummy tuck alone, Her after is several weeks post surgery with improvement of her contour and her belly button can now be visualized. A touch up can be performed after a few months to obtain further improvement by lowering the scar and lifting the pubis. Sometimes this cannot be performed at the same time due to rupture or opening of the wound secondary to too much tension. This patient was happy with her result and sought no further improvement.

This patient has a lot of stretch marks and sagginess and desired a tummy tuck. Her after photos are taken immediately following a touch up done at 8 months after her initial tummy tuck. The scar in the middle part was lowered and the excessive skin on the right lateral end (called a dog ear) was removed. Note the scar in between, which was not touched up, is barely visible.

This 31 yr old patient underwent a tummy tuck for body contouring after significant sagginess occurred following multiple pregnancies. Before and after photos show removal of her redundant and sagging tissues with a more normal looking belly button. She did not seek further improvement but a small touch up can be done to lower her scar.
